Example of unavailable employee/supervisor
When main supervisor cannot be selected (for example, due to vacation time) and option Escalate to higher level if absent equals to Yes, the activity automatically continues to select next supervisor that can have higher level. When even the supervisor with the highest level is unavailable, the selection will be performed from employees, specified in the Backup users field.
When option Escalate to higher level if absent equals No, the activity finishes and, independently from unavailability, supervisor of corresponding level will be selected.
When all supervisors are unavailable or an employee doesn't have a supervisor, the activity returns an empty value.
