When launching BitrixVA Virtual Appliance or a physical server with BitrixEnv installation package, bvat service automatically configures the main Apache, PHP, MySQL and nginx parameters, depending on the quantity of available memory. This allows to provide optimal server configuration.

In several cases, it is necessary to modify certain parameters without disabling bvat service. To implement such modifications in the server settings, special configuration files are available which allow to re-define parameters, installed by the bvat service. They are stored in the following directories:

  • MySQL - /etc/mysql/conf.d/z_bx_custom.cnf
  • Apache - /etc/httpd/bx/custom/z_bx_custom.conf
  • nginx - /etc/nginx/bx/settings/z_bx_custom.conf
  • PHP - /etc/php.d/z_bx_custom.ini

In case, if there are no configuration files in these directories, they can be created individually.

Attention! Task execution may take a rather long time (up to 2-3 hours and more) depending on the task complexity, data volume used in such tasks, capacity and server load. You can check the currently executed tasks by using menu item 5. Background tasks in the pool > 1. View running tasks. If task completion log files are needed to be reviewed, they are located in the following directory /opt/webdir/temp.
