 Software doesn't support computer hardware

Solution:

• For Virtual Appliance:
  • Disable virtual appliance
  • Go to network adapter settings
  • Change adapter mode from NAT to Bridged or otherwise
  • Run BitrixVA again
• For VirtualBox:
  • Male sure that network adapter mode is set to Bridged
