Administrative interface section interface allows performing the following operations:
- configuring the available message/ticket parameters (priority, message status, answer ratings and etc.);
- viewing and respond user messages submitted to technical support (helpdesk).
Admin section includes:
- desktop;
- trouble tickets/message list;
- diagrams and schedules;
- tools to setup reference books and Service level agreements (SLA).
