In this section
The List of users page ( Settings -> Users -> List of users) displays site users and allows:
- creating new site users;
- editing users parameters and access permissions;
- deleting site users.
Filter
A filter is used to set the parameters for selecting site users to be
displayed in a list. The table that follows describes the filter fields.
Parameter | Description |
ID | The ID of the sought user. You can use advanced search here. |
Modified | Specifies the range of dates within which the required records were modified in the database. |
Last authorisation | Specifies the range of dates within which the required users were last authorised. |
Active | Defines whether active, inactive or all users are to be
displayed. |
Login | Allows selecting users by their logins. You can use advanced search here. |
E-Mail | Instructs to select users by their e-mail addresses. You can use advanced
search here. |
First and/or Last name | Instructs to select users by their names. You can use advanced search here. |
Profile fields | Allows searching users by other profile fields, such
as telephone number, ICQ number etc. You can use advanced
search here. |
Groups | List of groups to which the required users belong. To
select several groups, press Ctrl and hold it while performing the
selection. |
Click Set filter to activate the filter. To display all information, click Cancel.

Clicking the action button of any rule opens a menu allowing to:
- Edit - edits the user;
- Add copy - duplicates the user;
- Delete - deletes the user (not applicable to administrators).

The date the user was last modified. |
Active |
Indicates the user is active. The site administrator cannot be deactivated. |
Login |
The user login. |
First name |
The user name. |
Last name |
The user last name. |
E-mail |
The user e-mail address. |
Last authorised |
The date the user was last authorised. |
