This form is used to create and manage newsletter topics (a newsletter topic is sometimes referred to as a subscription, or even a newsletter, but the correct alias is a mailing list). A newsletter topic, in itself, does not contain subscription issues (messages) or subscribers. Newsletter topics are the convenient way to offer some topics of information to subscribers. For example, you can create a "Company news" newsletter topic and offer your visitors to subscribe to it. If a visitor wants to subscribe to this newsletter topic, their e-mail address will be registered as wanting issues of this newsletter. When creating a newsletter issue (i.e. e-mail message), you can specify that this message should be sent to recipients contained in the "Company news" newsletter topic - the message will be sent to the subscribers of this mailing list.
