The Order properties form serves to define order properties which are to be filled in by a customer when making an order. The list of order properties depends on the customer payer type.
To display only orders with a certain set of parameters, set the appropriate filters for the list of orders.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Payer type | Filter report by the registered payer type. |
Property type | Finds properties with a certain type. |
Included in profile | Defines whether to display properties which can be stored in the customer profile, or all properties. |
Group of properties | Displays all properties or only those belonging to specific groups. |
Click Set filter to activate the filter. To display all information, click Cancel.
Button | Description |
---|---|
New property | Shows a menu where you can select a payer type for which a property is to be created. Then, opens a property creation form. |
Excel | Exports data from the table to the MS Excel format. |
The list of order properties contains the following values.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Checkbox column | Used to select order properties to which the desired actions are to be applied. Available rules and actions can be found in the action bar below the table. |
Action menu![]() | Clicking the action button of any order property opens a menu allowing to:
|
ID | The order property ID. |
Payer type | Customers who choose this payer type will be offered to fill in the corresponding property. |
Name | The name of the property as it will be displayed to customers. |
Type | The property type. The following values are available:
|
Required | Defines whether the field must be filled in or not. Properties whose "Use as ..." settings are active are mandatory regardless of the value in this field. |
Group | Property groups to which this property belongs. Property groups are used for usability only. |
Profile | Defines whether the property is included in the user profile or not. If a customer made orders in the store some time ago, one can avoid filling all the properties included in their profile. A customer can choose one of the stored profiles to automatically fill in the order properties. A customer can edit their profiles on the personal page. It is recommended to include in the profile only those properties which are not changed from order to order, or those with a small list of variants (for example, the delivery address is usually constant and can be included into the profile, but the order contents varies; it is senseless to include it in the profile). |
