This page displays form results.
This form is used to find web form results matching the specified criteria.
Field | Description |

ID* | The result ID. |
Created | The date the result was created. |
Modified | The date the result was modified. |
Registered user | Specifies whether the visitor who filled in the form was registered or not. |
Authorised user | Specifies to find results of visitors who was authorized, or not authorized. |
User ID* | The ID, login, first and last names of the visitor who filled in the form. |
Visitor ID* | The visitor ID as assigned by the Statistics module. |
Session ID* | The session ID as assigned by the Statistics module. |
Status | The status result. |
Status ID | The status result ID. |

To filter the results by the specified search criteria, click Set filter. To show all results, click Cancel.

Questions | Opens a form containing the list of web form questions. |
Excel | Exports data from the table to the MS Excel format. |

Actions on the result:

ID | The result ID. |
Status | The status assigned to the current result. |
Modified | The date the result was modified. |
Modified by | The login, first and last names of the visitor who was the last to create or modify the result. If the visitor is not registered, the appropriate message is displayed. |
Visitor | The visitor ID as assigned by the Statistics module. |
Session | The session ID as assigned by the Statistics module. |
[Form questions] | Answers to form questions. |
You can edit results by using templates. For example, the default.php template is shipped with the module. After a result is edited, the Modified field gets updated. You can also save the selected template as a default template for editing the results of this form.
Only those users who have the access permission not lower than "edit all results according to their statuses" and "view form parameters" can edit the result. Users with the "edit personal result" access permission can edit only their result.
You can view results by using templates; e.g. the default.php template. If the a visitor has access permission not lower than "edit all results" and "view form parameters", they can view not only the result itself but also the information concerning the result owner's data for the moment of filling in the form: the visitor and session ID's as assigned by the Statistics module, and other information.
