This page is designed to create new web forms and edit the parameters of existing ones.
The system provides the following two editing modes:
You can choose the web form creation and editing mode on the module settings page.
Button | Description |
---|---|
List | Opens a form containing the list of web forms. |
Create | Creates a new web form in this page. The button is displayed when editing the existing form only. |
Copy | Duplicates the current web form into a new one. |
Clear | Deletes all the web form results. The button is displayed when editing the existing form only. |
Delete web form | Deletes the current web form. |
Statuses | Opens a form containing the list of web form statuses. The field is displayed in the simple editing mode only. |
Questions | Opens a form containing the list of web form questions. The button is displayed when editing the existing form only. |
Fields | Opens a form containing the list of web form fields. The field is displayed in the simple editing mode only. |
Results | Opens a form containing the list of web form results. The button is displayed when editing the existing form only. |
Field | Description |

*Name | The name of the form. |
Sorting | The web form sort weight. Defines the form position in lists. |
Menu items in admin section |
Menu items linked to a form results page. Names of the menu items are specified for all languages of the interface. |
Form sites | Sites on which the web form is used. |
Send form results by email | Check this box if you want to have the web form results sent by e-mail
every time the web form is filled in. After the web form parameters are saved, a new e-mail template will be automatically generated, which will be used to send messages. To view the list of available templates click the [template list] link. The field is displayed in the simple editing mode only. |
Button text | The caption to be printed on the button which saves the web form results. For example: Send or Save. |

Field | Description |

Image | Image used in the form description in the site public section. Click Browse to select image. |
Description | The form description text. The created description will be displayed together with the web form in the site public section. |
The tab is displayed in the extended editing mode only.
This form is used for customising templates used with web forms.
Field | Description |

E-mail template | The templates used for sending the result via e-mail. |
For the filter of the result table in administrative section | Path to the template used for filtering the web form results in the administrative section. |
For result table in administrative section | Path to the template used for displaying the result table in the administrative section. |
This tab serves to specify identifiers with which the web form filling will be registered in the statistics module.

This form serves for customising the user group permissions to access to the web form.
Field | Description |

permission for the form.
Each subsequent
permission includes all previous ones.

Save | Saves the form parameters. Opens the page with the list of forms. |
Apply | Saves the form parameters. Editing continues. |
Cancel | Cancels current changes and restores parameters to their original values. |
